What happens if I cancel after receiving a website?

The recovery charge depends on the package. For Growth, the AI-ready landing page setup value is £500. If you cancel within the first 6 months, £500 becomes payable; if you cancel after 6 months but before 12 months, £250 becomes payable. For Pro, the standard AI-ready business website setup value is £1,500. If you cancel within the first 6 months, £1,500 becomes payable; if you cancel after 6 months but before 12 months, £750 becomes payable. After 12 months, no website setup recovery charge is due. Custom or Enterprise website terms are agreed separately.
